From Seed to Bottle
All herbs are grown using organic and biodynamic practices without the use of pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. Our growing practices honor each plants unique growing preferences as well as the farm ecosystem as a whole. All of the harvesting is done by hand with great care at the peak of potency.
All of our tinctures are extracted in small batches using a maceration process. We use Organic Cane Alcohol (95%), and when indicated by a plant’s chemistry we add distilled water and/or organic plant based Glycerin. Each plant extract has its own ratio of these ingredients to extract the maximum constituents unique to each plant. All single extracts we sell are grow on our farm and extracted from fresh plant material, unless a particular plant extracts best from dried material.
