* Herbs are grown on our farm using organic and biodynamic practices without the use of pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. Our growing practices honor each plants unique growing preferences as well as the farm ecosystem as a whole. All of the harvesting is done by hand with great care at the peak of potency. Herbs are then dried in our dry house where they are carefully monitored to ensure maximum constituent levels. All herbs are minimally processed and packaged by hand.
